Welcome to my website. I am passionate about natural medicine, seeing it as an important tool for supporting mind, body and soul.

I run a busy practice, seeing clients in my welcoming clinic, plus some home visiting.

FAQS ABOUT MY TRAINING

I am a qualified nurse, RGN, with over 30 years experience in the medical world. Also, I have been working in the field of Complementary Medicine for 20 years now, having completed 2 years in-depth training as a natural practitioner at the renowned Raworth College in Dorking.
I have also attained national certificates with the ITEC Examination Boards in Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Swedish Massage and Nutrition.
I have, since training,regularly kept myself updated .(see postgraduate training)

REGISTRATIONS

I am a full Member of the Association of Reflexologists - MAR - and have been for 16 years.

I attend update seminars and classes run by them, locally and nationally, and am insured by them.

I am registered with the CNHC: The Complementery and Natural Healthcare Council.

I have specialized in Aromatherapy, Reflexology and Nutrition for the past 20 years, including stress relief and work in the areas of Reading and Maidenhead, Berkshire, and High Wycombe, Bourne End, Cookham and Marlow, Buckinghamshire as well as in my Maidenhead Clinic.

POSTGRADUATE TRAINING

I have kept current via workshops and seminars in these fields, including courses and certificates attained in Vertical Reflex Therapy via Lynne Booth; Advanced Reflex Therapy with Tony Porter; in-depth Nutritional seminars on Cancer e.g. Cutting Your Risk with Jane Plant, and various seminars by Patrick Holford, internationally acclaimed nutritionist.

This past year, I have also studied Reiki, and completed Reiki healing courses Levels 1 and 2, and am now qualified to give Reiki healing. This is a wonderful therapy for Stress Relief.

EXPERIENCE

I have had a lot of experience in treating clients with infertility problems, many of whom have become pregnant, with the help and support of reflexology, nutritional and stress relief support. I do encourage clients to seek out medical advice and help, too. I don't profess to have ALL the answers! Apparently, it has been found that IVF is 60% more successful if having reflexology alongside it!

I also have found that many muscular aches and pains, stiff backs and painful joints can be helped by massage or reflexology, or often a combination of both.
I find that many digestive problems, e.g. IBS and indigestion, respond well to reflexology and massage.
You may just want a session of relaxation therapy to chill out, to treat yourself or a friend to a massage or a reflexology experience! You won't be disappointed. Gift vouchers are available.
